Developing Privacy Policy

  I am using a WordPress Guide and it mentions that there is aprivacy link in the Settings menu but when I look at my settings I don’t see a privacy link? Is there a privacy link under the settings menu or does that only come with certain plans or perhaps once someone had published their website.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
