Device Preview and Using Smartphone / Device Do Not Look The Same

  Hi! I’ve got my site how I want it and am happy with the desktop, tablet and device previews that are available in ‘Customize.’ However, when I publish my page and use my device to look at the website, the header is not appearing the same as how it previews in WordPress. Any guidance? I read that a resolution may be to deactivate the mobile theme, but cannot find what or where that is. Thanks!

  What is the link/URL of your site? What is the name of the theme you are using?
