Device rental + subscription

    I am manufacturing a device that comes with an online service. I want to rent the device as part of the subscription for the online service.

    How do I configure the store to ship the device and activate the subscription?

    Hello Maurice,

    Many thanks for reaching out – it sounds like you would need some kind of registration or activation code for the customer to input.

    Are you able to tell me more about the device and the subscription please? For instance, is one reliant on the other? How do the two tie together?

    This will help up us to guide you on which plugins (if necessary) and what plan is required.

    To note, in order to run plugins on WordPress.com, the site would need to be on the business plan.
