DHL Ecommerce & Shipment Tracking Extension

Hello, I’m a 3PL owner operating on Logiwa WMS (logiwa.com). We’re unable to ship using our preferred carrier, DHL Ecommerce. When tracking is received back to WooCommerce it’s pointing customers to the wrong DHL site. I have Logiwa Tech Support willing to hop on call to troubleshoot but we’re also needing someone from the WooCommerce Tech Team to join. Can someone join a call with myself and Logiwa?
