DHL shipping method shows issue

  I connected DHL shipping but when I add it to she shipping methods the site shows the issue :’ No shipping options are available for this address. Please verify the address is correct or try a different address.’ . Only the method free shipping works. However I want to integrate DHL label prints for my customer orders. please assist
