bonsoir, il semble que lorsqu’on ajoute des diaporamas la plupart des visiteurs ne les voient pas. Ce n’est visible que sur des ordinateurs très récents. Avez-vous eu le cas ? Est-ce normal ?

good evening, it seems that when you add slideshows most visitors don’t see them. This is only visible on very recent computers. Have you had the case? Is this normal?

I can see the slideshows there. I can also say that very old computers may not be able to see them the same way, as readers will need to use fairly recent browsers to support the scripts behind the slideshow:
Somewhat recent browsers may still work. Very old browser will most likely not work. Do you know what browsers they are using?

Hi folks,
I find that all of the slideshows on that page are blocked on the latest Firefox browser, probably due to privacy settings. I can view each of the slideshows on Google Chrome.

Remarks : For our new websites we don’t know what are search engines or their versions the visitors are used. So we have to build something that works for everybody.
I would like to focus two points :
1. Some people have problems with the slide show blocs
2. Some people have also problems with the columns (grid) blocs
So I have to change the full page with standard old fashion blocs. It’s a pity.

I tested the slideshows on that page on all four major web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on both Windows and macOS. All browsers were able to display them without any issues.
If your site’s visitors are having issues properly viewing those elements, then I suggest they comment here on this thread so we can further troubleshoot it.
