  Hello @louiduong7,

  Dicot is a Premium theme, therefore can only be used in your blog hosted at WordPress.com

  There are some themes that allow download, you will see a box like this
  https://cloudup.com/cYhmsu_k-kg
  in the Overview page of the theme, almost at the bottom of the page after Features.

  Oh you might post in the Picot Forum, the author might be able to help!!!. I have found some threads were similar issues were resolved!
