Did a plugin kill my blog?

I have been having a problem with people from the domain @komatoz.net registering as users (Russian spammers, of course). So I installed the registration blacklist plugin. Nothing happened, and I couldn’t figure out why.
About a half an hour ago, I noticed on my control panel a tab for “plugins” and clicked it and saw a place to “activate” that plugin. So I did.
Now my blog won’t come up. The files are all still in the directory (I can see them through FTP), but a blank page comes up, no matter what page I try to go to. No “This page cannot be found” error message or anything, just a blank page.
What gives? Did the plugin do something? Or am I hosed?

If you are using plug-ins, you need to be at the support forums on wordpress.org We can’t use plug-ins here on wordpress.com
