Did I cancel my new registration?

    Today I registered a new domain: [myname].com
    I was confused as it came out reading ‘[myname]dotcom.wordpress.com’ even though I paid $13 to have it registered at ‘[myname].com’ so I believe I asked for a cancelation/refund. I’m not sure it went through or is going through. I DO NOT want to cancel the registration if it IS in fact ‘[myname].com’ please advise.
