did mot received refund

    hi hope this finds you, in the month of april i purchased a basic subscription on this platform and if i remember correctly in process a refund request with in a day or two, the payment was made through a credit card and as i can check the statements the refund amt is not visible. this would be really great full of you to solve the problem. thank you

    I have checked your account and can confirm that the Personal plan was added and then canceled on the same day. The refund was processed as a reversal.

    Usually, this means the refund was issued before the original charge was settled with the bank, so the original charge will simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued.
