Did my site get deleted?

    I haven’t been able to access My Site, Reader, Account Settings, or anything else for months. When I search for my wordpress through google the home page comes up but every post, every page and even my name are gone. The only things left is my profile photo and the header image.

    I have sent support requests but since I cancelled the premium account a while back (I originally signed up being told it was $150 AUD but was charged over $300 AUD in two separate transactions by wordpress and then google. I challenged and cancelled) I haven’t been able to get an answer. There is no billing history at all showing on my account now. After the premium cancellation everything went back to the free version for a while then disappeared a few months back. I still have an account page (with nothing on it, not even my email address) but the Delete my account was never activated. How can I confirm if my site was deleted? And if it was, why is all my account information except my profile photo wiped as well?

    I see quite a few posts there, are these the missing posts you are referring to?

    If I can ask, what is the search term you are using in Google? I see your site used to have the custom address of lizandlottie.com but it has reverted to the “free” address of lizandlottie.wordpress.com due to the fact that your custom domain and premium plan were not renewed and have since expired. Are you still searching for lizandlottie.com on Google?
