Did my subscription for my website domain expire?

    We tried to login to rossgranvillemarket.wordpress.com and it alerted us that the domain no longer existed. How do you know when your subscription has ended and when you need to renew it? We would like that domain back and was wondering the process on how to do so.

    rossgranvillemarket.wordpress.com is up and running but has never been launched.

    Hi there,

    The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here, and the one site in your account, https://rossgranvillemarket.wordpress.com/, were only created yesterday, ten minutes before you created this forum thread. No site with that address has ever existed on WordPress.com prior to that.

    rossgranvillemarket.wordpress.com is also an example of a free WordPress.com site address. It can never expire, it can only be deleted by its owner, and doesn’t require any kind of subscription.

    Are you sure that’s the correct URL for the site you’re looking for?

    Searching Google for rossgranvillemarket takes me to the site, https://www.rossgranvillemarket.com/. Is that the site you’re looking for?

    If that’s the case, you need to contact GoDaddy.com for help instead, as that domain is both registered and hosted with them.
