Hi –
There is not any history of a $99 charge to the account you’ve contacted us from. Please try to sign in to WordPress.com with the address that the email receipt was delivered to. You’ll be able to post back here in the forums and I can process the refund. Or you can navigate to Manage Purchases and cancel the upgrade yourself.

I couldn’t find the charge on the wordpress site, but it went through my bank account.
