Did not authorize payment

Hi,
I did not authorize a payment for my renewed subscription and I tried to dispute this through my credit card company with no success after not receiving contact back from WP.
Could we please adjust the payment from October?

It looks like the dispute has already been closed by our payment processor, and I was able to process a refund. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
