Did not get full refund

I opened a WordPress.com account for my client. I purchased a bundle, but then had to move to self-hosted WordPress due to client’s changed requirements. I cancelled the bundle but the refund was $13 less than the total amount. How do I get that $13 refund? Thanks.

That $13 would be for the domain/domain mapping. If you had set up domain mapping and asked for a refund within 30 days then you should be entitled to a full refund. https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ Domains on the other hand need to be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund. If you think the outstanding amount is still due you can ask staff to investigate by adding modlook to the tag box here on the right.
