Did not get full refund for canceling?

I bought a “personal” plan, 2 hours ago, and I did not get what I was looking for in wordpress and I want to cancel. I have a domain bought through godaddy.com, also only 2 hours ago, and mapped it to wordpress. I paid for the personal plan of $35.88 and only got $22.88 refund. It seems I had to cancel the domain mapping differently and when I did, I did not get the e-mail for the remaining $13.
I’m aware that it’s only been 2 hours, but I’m just concerned why I didn’t get any email for the domain mapping cancellation.

3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.
