Did not get full refund in my currency.

    i have purchased the Explorer plan for one year for US$96.00, I then canceled and requested a refund for both the plan and the domain, i spent 134,186 IQD on May 12th and i requested a refund on that exact same day, on May 13th i got a refund of 125,759.957 IQD, so 8,426 IQD is missing.

However, regarding the difference in the refund exchange rate compared to the purchasing one, it’s important to note that we’re not responsible for how your banking provider processes refunds from international purchases. I’d recommend reaching out to them directly to understand why the refund exchange rate differed. We can only refund using the currency used for the purchase, which was USD $96.
