Did not get Refund after 14-day Trial cancelation

I am contacting you regarding the refund for a purchase of the Jetpack Complete. I canceled the plan within the 14-Day Trial Period but still have not received back the credit of $480.00.
I have checked, and the plan is still active on my account, and I have not received the refund as promoted.

I can’t see that this purchase was cancelled or refunded and is currently within use.
For our information, would you be willing to explain why you’re deciding to cancel/refund? Perhaps we can offer some insights into next steps.

I did cancel the Jetpack Complete within the 14-day trail – or at least so I thought I did since you are saying that you do not see the cancelation.
I do remember canceling the package AND turning off the Auto-Renewal on the same date. Do you see a record of that transaction?
I did not realize I needed to disconnect the subscription from my domain for it to be canceled – maybe this is where it all went wrong?
Regardless I currently am not needing the Jetpack Complete package but will revisit it after I finish updating my site.
Again I ask that you refund the $480.00 in good faith.

Many thanks for that additional information.
I’ve been able to process that refund. This should appear on the statement of the card charged within 10 working days.
