Did not get Refund yet

  I have cancelled my plan on 21st Jun. And I have not got refund amount in my account yet.

  Please, can you help to clear the refund.

  Hi there, it’s normally 7-10 business days for a refund to appear but it can take longer for international transactions and up to 2 billing cycles if you paid by credit card.

  If you still don’t see it, please check with your bank or credit card company as well. You can also provide your bank or credit card company with the transaction ID that’s on the refund receipt. You can find that receipt here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Your refund was sent on June 21, the same day the charge was made.

  Because of this, your credit card provider may have processed it as a reversal, meaning the original charge may have simple been removed.
