Did not get Refunded, got charged again

Hey, I’m not happy with word press actions. not that I did not get fully refunded, but I got charged again yesterday. I can sue wordpress for unathorized charging and not refuding me fully. please check the situation or I have to deal with it through the bank my own way. Very disappointed by your services.

I’ve checked your account and both plans have been fully refunded. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History here:

The refund for the Premium plan is $63.12 because you had already purchased a Personal plan — the upgrade amount was the difference between the two plans.
Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show in our account.

I need to get refunded for both personal and premium plans, I dont wihsh to use wordpress ever again. So what happened to the 35 Dollars? I see just the refund of 63 $.
