Did not get reseting password email

My username is ladymoonch connected with email (email visible only to moderators and staff)

I got email from wordpress.com that I had to reset my password. So I try to log in with the old password and it did not allow me to. So I follow the instruction in ‘Lost Password’, type email and wait for the mail. Apparently Mail never came. I try to do it several time. Still got the same results.
What should I do in order to retrieve my old account?
I would be grateful if somebody could help me in this situation.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.
I recommend bookmarking that link or memorizing it.

If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.

We’ve sent several password reset emails for the ladymoonch account.
If you’re not receiving it, it could be a problem on your email provider’s end. Please make sure the emails didn’t go into Spam. Otherwise, try adding the address, donotreply[at]wordpress.com to your contacts list and then try resetting the password again.

Turn out there is the problem on your email provider’s end.
I added the address like mentioned above, and repeated lost password instruction.
Now I’ve retrieved my blog.Thank you for all your help ))
