Did not receive a refund for cancelling my premium account

Hi…
I paid for a wordpress premium account with paypal on August 23, 2016 and cancelled the wordpress premium account the same day because after chatting with a wordpress support person right after I bought the premium I found out it wasn’t going to give me what I thought it was. I have been waiting for a refund now for a month and still have not gotten one.
Could someone please help me with this?

The staff is on a company-wide meetup at the moment, so you might not hear back quite as quickly as you normally would, but they are still checking the forums, so they will still be getting back to you.

I have processed the $99 refund for your WordPress.com Premium since it had not gone through yet.
From here, it could take up to 5-7 business days for it to be posted back into the account that you used to pay initially.
Please let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you do not receive your refund within that time frame.
