Did not receive confirmation email

for refund and cancelled domain. I received one for the cancelled plan and refund, but not the domain.

Depending on how long you have had your domain, new domain registrations must be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.

I’m sure you went through all the steps already. Here’s some additional reading with a link to contact support who may be able to check into it further for you. It’s under the ‘I never got the cancellation email!’ heading at the bottom.

I can see another member of staff sent a refund yesterday. Your plan has now been funded in full and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:
