Did not receive confirmation email, though address is correct

Hi,
I followed the steps to delete the blog but did not receive confirmation email at the final step. I confirmed that the email address under settings is correct – in fact, I have been receiving update emails from WordPress.com. So this problem is just limited to the deletion email. Any ideas?

Thank you for the response. I have confirmed that all folders/tabs – spam, social etc are empty.

If you’re not getting your confirmation email, I can help out. I’ll just need for you to respond to this message with the exact URL of the blog which you would like deleted (starting with http://) and I will take care of it.
For your information, I want to reiterate that once a blog is cancelled it cannot be retrieved. Further, we don’t recycle blog names, so neither you nor anyone else will be able to use this blog name again for any reason. As long as you’re OK with both of these, then we can proceed as soon as I get that blog name from you!
