Did not receive email confirmation

Hello,
I signed up for wordpress last night for the very first time. Unfortunately I’ve yet to receive my account confirmation email and I’ve tried resending it multiple times from my account settings. I’ve verified my email is correct but there must be something missing.My wordpress is https://greatfallsdentalpc.wordpress.com/
