Did not receive full refund

I cancelled my premium plan and only got a partial refund. The website said I would get a 100% refund within 14 days. How can I claim the rest ?

When you purchased the Premium plan, it looked like you also indicated you wanted to transfer in the domain klankscorner.com. Unfortunately, we don’t automatically refund the cost of the domain in these instances because the domain may be mid-transfer and doing so would risk you losing the domain.
I just checked on our end and it does look like the domain is
pending_registry– which means that the transfer process has been initiated and is at the point where we can’t cancel it from our end anymore.You need to contact your domain registrar and request they stop this transfer as they’re the only ones at this point that can cancel it for you. Since you originally cancelled things within our refund window, we can refund that charge, but you’ll need to cancel that transfer first.
Once they cancel that please updated us here and we can take care of the refund once it’s showing cancelled on our end
