Did not receive my refund

    I had paid for my domain on the 22nd of August and canceled it and got a refund on the 24th of August. It has been more than 7-10 business days now and I still have not received my refund. Please let me know why I still haven’t got my refund.

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund. I can confirm that the refund has been already processed on our end.

    You can reach out to your bank and give them this number:

    It should help them locate your refund.
