Did not receive refund for cancelling Premium

Got billed for premium on 6/25/19 and cancelled that day.. Still have yet to receive a refund for this. There is no phone number to call and live chat has been useless. What can I do to get my refund?

Hi there,
It takes 7-10 days for the refund to post to your bank statement. So, there still several days before you may receive it. I checked and verified that we released the funds, so if you do not see anything by the end of the week, I’d suggest reaching out to your bank and checking if they see any pending transactions from their end.

Like I said in the original post, I made this refund on 6/25/19. That’s 31 days ago. Well over the 7-10 day estimate I have been given. Is there no phone number I could call?

@akolton if your bank has a phone number I’d recommend calling them at this point to find out whether they voided the charge, as the refund was sent quite some time ago.
Given that you refunded on the same day that you charged, the possibility that they voided the charge rather than showing a refund is pretty high.
