  I paid for an upgrade but did not receive it. I would like a “.com” name and video press as offered with the package I paid for.

  I have never done a bundle so no experience – I do have domain mapping –

  The staff have a very good record of making sure you don’t pay twice for something – so keep the faith the staff will sort it out for you
