  due to a mistake I cancelled wordpress premium for amount 283eur. on 13 july ref [redacted] and uptuday in my bank account is not received the cancelling amount. Is a lot of money to my pocket and is being so lon the waiting on this money. I need an answer, before talk to my layer.

  Hi there – I see that $271.00 (for four premium themes and a Custom Design upgrade) was refunded on July 13th, and I have just refunded an additional $12.00 that didn’t go through. The refund went back on your same credit card you used to purchase the upgrades.
