    Hey there, we’re checking in with our payments team, but right now it looks like you’ve disputed the payment, reporting it as fraudulent. That kinda ties everything up in an investigation instead of allowing us to process the refund for you.

    If you’ve just recently disputed the charge, can you contact your bank and un-dispute it? Then update us here and we can work on the refund for you.
