    Can you please cancel this payment as I did not wanted to continue with this payment.

    If your WordPress.com plan subscription renewed no older than 30 days, you can cancel and get a full refund on this page. https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

    Hi there,

    I cannot refund your payment, as you have already disputed it with your bank. If you dispute a payment you essentially accuse us of committing fraud, causing the funds to be frozen pending an investigation by our payment processor.

    If you cancel the dispute we might be able to refund you immediately, but if it’s too late to cancel it, or you decide to keep it active, you will only be refunded once our payment processor concludes their investigation. This takes around eight to twelve weeks.
