    Please assist me to get refund for my renewal on this site

    No problem! Y’all can disable your renew. In order to do that you’ll need to get signed in the account where this upgrade lives. You will have an email for us about the renewal, or a receipt from the original purchase, once you find that, use that email address at the sign in page. Then go to My Sites – upgrades.

    Another option is to use those payment details in the account recovery form.
