Didn't activate my account and link wont' work

  I made a WordPress account about 4 months ago and didn’t end up using it so I never confirmed my email address. Now I need to use my account but when I tried clicking the email that was sent to me in May, it says it’s invalid. I can still log into my account but I can’t save the changes I make to it. Is there a way to get another confirmation link sent to me?
