  Refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  I’m seeing that the refund was processed on our end. Have you contacted your banking institution to ask them if there is something holding the refund up on their end of things?
