didn't get my password reset

I was trying to log in my website http://www.halasblog.com/wp-admin from my iPhone but I couldn’t get the password right, the problem is that when I try to reset my password with my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) it will say that its not registered.
I then requested a new password through my username Hala (which is confusing to me that this is my username not halasblogcom !? its my HostGator CPanel username) and it said that an email will be sent to me. I did not receive any email and even tried multiple times.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

I’ve checked my junk mail nothing is there.
The funny thing is that the problem is only in my iPhone, when I continue from the log in page with continuity to Safari on my MacBook I can log in easily.
so weird.

I solved the issue with HostGator live support, I reseted the password from my Instals under Quickinstal section in my CPanel.
