Didn’t get my refund.

    I requested a refund on the Premium billing ($96) and business billing ($204) and have the email to prove but haven’t been refunded any money. I’m just wondering whats going on?

    Refunds can only be returned to the same source from which the payment was made
    Refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement.

    You can see a receipt for the refund with a transaction number from your billing history:

    If you haven’t received the refund yet, please follow up directly with your bank, and give them the transaction ID from the refund receipt as a reference.

    We processed your refunds on 7 November. The refund goes out immediately on our end, but different banks and credit card companies have varying processing times for reflecting such a refund in your account with them. Usually this happens within 10 business days, but for some financial institutions it can take up to two billing cycles before the refund will show on your statement.

    Please follow up with your bank directly, using the transaction IDs appearing in those receipts as a reference.
