Didn’t get refund

I originally had a different domain and bought a premium membership, and I deactivated those within an hour of purchasing them. I got email confirmations that they were deleted and would be refunded but it has not been refunded on my bank statement.

Hi,
Do you have a second WordPress.com user account? Here’s what it looks like happened…
- A different WordPress.com user account owned periodtechnology.wordpress.com and made the purchase.
- That user then transferred ownership of the site and upgrade to the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from here.
- You then canceled the upgrade. But because the user account wasn’t the one that made the purchase, no refund was processed.
If you to have a second account and can log into it, what happens if you follow these instructions and request a refund?
