Didn’t get the refund

Hello. April 25th I got an email saying I would have had a refund in 7-10 business days. I still didn’t get it. The refund was for the premium subscription and for the domain that I thought it was cancelled. (Londradascoprire19.co.uk)

Hi, actually since you cancelled immediately after purchasing, the refund may not appear at all — the entire charge was simply voided.
Please contact the bank directly to confirm how they would display a voided charge, then if you need more help, contact us here.
