Didn’t get what I registered for

I registered website as adelekenews.com and the next thing I saw displaying when I wanted to set up the website was adelekenewscom.wordpress.com. what could have happened and I checked very well to make sure there wasn’t any mistake or error. How do I correct this on time. Thank you.

The domain, adelekenews.com, does not exist – it has never been registered before.
Domain names are paid upgrades, so if you did not go to a form where you had to provide your full address details, and didn’t give us your credit card details to pay for it, you did not register that domain for your website.
