Didn't Getting OTP on Mobile | No Backup Code

  Dear Admin,

  I was not recieving the OTP for accessing my wordpress account while logging in. I dont have any backup codes either. So please look into this issue and help me to access my account. Please check the OTP issue and let me know the status.

  Hi there,

  Is it a two-step authentication code that didn’t get sent?

  In the meanwhile, I would try and re-set your password by going here, if you haven’t: https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  You should get a code to sent to either your email address or through SMS, depending on what you previously set up.

  If that doesn’t work, you can fill out an Account Recovery form here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  A Happiness Engineer will then review your account and contact you at the email address you specified.

  I have sent a single authorization code to the email associated with the account, so that you can temporarily disable two step authorization and regain access to your account.
