Didn't have Add New in Plugin !

  With mistake It didn’t shown any Add New in Plugin ! Thanks for help !

  Hi.
  Only the Business Plan has the possibility to add Google Analytics as an additional plugin. Otherwise we cannot add to the plugins that are already built in to the WordPress.com platform.
