I dint realize i had created 2 seprate domains to be charged for, I did not want to continue after the trial period anyway. I need this $200 refunded and any accounts i may have canceled.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. It has been 3 days since my account has been charged, i did not realize you guys would charge me without asking once the trial period is up.
I can’t afford the $200 i have not even used this service since the first day of my trial period when i decided it was to complicated for me. I really need a refund for these 2 domains i accidentally created. -
From Details and Terms:
You can try any participating upgrade for a 14-day trial period, at no charge.You will be asked to provide payment information when starting the trial, but you will not be charged until the 14-day trial period is up. If you cancel before the period is up, you will not be charged at all.
We will send you an email reminder one day before you will be charged.
You can cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time.
No one I know ever accidentally types in financial information. You have to use process I posted above to cancel the upgrade, disable auto-renew, apply for a refund and wait to receive it.

I need a phone number so i can call someone to resolve this. This unacceptable and i will have to refuse to pay these charges. I am very sorry for the inconvenience but i am not good with computers and didnt realize what i had signed up for..

I am not receiving a confirmation email for my cancellation request. I have clicked cancel and return several times and not received any confirmation email.

There is no phone number you can use because there is no phone support here. As I said already above this thread is tagged for Staff. What’s required is your patience as Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.
Please don’t bump your thread here by posting into it again because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Doing that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response.

Hi there,
I just confirmed that you successfully cancelled those upgrades for a full refund. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt in your Billing History.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that.
