Didn’t pay my invoice

    Hi WordPress team,

    I am contacting you to pay for the website (domain) that expired.
    I thought I had a visa card saved on the account and sufficient funds, but the payment would not go through.

    Can you tell us the domain you’re trying to renew?

    The account you used to create this forum thread doesn’t own any sites, and has never owned any domains, nor any other upgrades with us.

    I’m afraid the domain registration upgrade for the URL is not owned by the user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

    If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

    When I created the website, I used the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) but because I was not receiving the invoice, I changed to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    And I have all the emails saying that now my account is using (email visible only to moderators and staff)
