Didn't receive a confirmation e-mail for a new account. Not in spam box.

I signed in to create an additional account to the one I already have, with a different e-mail address, but I haven’t received the confirmation e-mail yet. It is not in the spam box and the address is correct. How long does it usually takes? Anything I can do?

Hi. If I got it right, I’m supposed to get staff assistance for my question right? How long does that take? I still haven’t got a confirmation mail for may new account and I would really like to start writing on the blog I’ve been invited to.
Would it make a difference if I was a paying user? Would I then get a faster response or could I even actually talk to someone?

Staff presence of the forum is very low on weekends and they are backlogged. They respond to the threads with the earliest dates first so please be patient while waiting for them to get to you. -

Hi there – the user traducaoeinterculturalidade is currently listed as an Author on the site http://koeningerpartner.wordpress.com. Are you able to access it under that user account?
If you created a second WordPress.com account that can’t access that site, could you please let me know the username and email you used so I can investigate? Thanks.

Yes, I can access it with the account traducaoeinterculturalidade, but I would like to use a different name as an author for koeningerpartner.
My avatar for traducaoeinterculturalidade has my first and last name Bete Köninger. For koeningerpartner I’d like to use my first and middle name, Bete Ferreira. Since I didn’t find a way of having two different avatars/names for the same account, I decided to open a new account with the name Bete Ferreira (beteferreira) and a different e-mail ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). For that account I haven’t received a confirmation yet.
I hope this helps. Maybe I’ve made a mistake during the process of opening the new account? -
I can add beteferreira as an Author on the koeningerpartner site with permission from the site’s sole administrator.
Could you please have the administrator log in and leave a message in this thread that we can go ahead do that? Thanks.
