  But in the refund details they ‘ve mentioned 7-10 business days it will be received is that true?

  Hi, @naleerahamed3. Yes, that’s true. Refunds usually take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process them.

  I can confirm that your refund was already issued, so my suggestion is to wait a few more days and, if needed, contact your bank with the information that we shared on the refund receipt.
