DIdn't receive refund
-
WordPress claims that you’ll be eligible for a refund within 48 hours,
I requested a refund as soon as I found out my domain had a typo, which was the same night.I made my blog and purchased my domain on 9/8/2015, and requested a refund that same night roughly 30 minutes after the purchase. I requested a refund through the cancellation link on the my upgrades page.
Now I’m being prompted when I check cancellation info that I am not eligible.
Please refund as I think I should have been eligible for one in the first place.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello. I created my wordPress account last night. I will like to please cancel it and get a refund. I want to cancel it because it’s been giving me so much trouble trying to transfer to another host. My domain name is beautyandthetribes.com
I requested on a $99 for wordPress premium and also $ for google apps to get cancelled and refunded $50. I have not received any follow up email from wordPress about my refund request. I will like to get a complete refund and cancellation on both.
Thank you.

@uhabdulsalam
Are you logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade? That’s a necessity when canceling and requesting a refund.WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
See here:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

as well as
Dashboard > Store > Billing History -
Yes. I am registered under the same username that purchased the username and upgrade. I have cancelled and requested for a refund from my dashboard. I’m just waiting for a confirmation response from wordPress to acknowledge my request via email. I have definitely not exceeded my 2 day time limit for cancellation.

Not to worry as once Staff have posted into any thread like this one they will follow-up. All you need is patience while waiting.

Hi uhabdulsalam, you successfully cancelled your upgrades for a full refund. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt now in your Billing History.
