Didn't receive refund

    I didn’t receive my refund. It has been > 2 weeks and the money hasn’t gone back into my account?

    Hi @jasondesgn,

    You can take look at your billing history here. Your transactions of refunds receipts would be visible. Usually, it takes 8-10 working days or a little longer if outside the USA.

    I have tagged the staff to have a closer look to check the status of your refund. As it’s a busy week for the team, it might take a little longer to revert you, but undoubtedly, someone will update you.

    Hi jasondesgn,

    Your account shows we issued a full refund on 2017-08-25 and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.

    The money has been sent from our end so the next step is to contact your bank and ask if there are any delays in processing on their end.
