Didn’t receive refund

    Hi – I still haven’t received my refund from cancelling my upgrade even though in the confirmation email I received on 6/2/20 says I should be receiving it within 7-10 business days.

    You should have received it by now, but there could be a delay processing it on your bank’s end. Unfortunately we have no control over how long that process takes once the refund has been issued on our end.

    Please contact your bank directly to follow up on this. You can give them the transaction ID in the refund receipt we sent you as a reference.
