Didn’t receive refund

    It is been 2 weeks since I initiated the refund request, the status shows it is completed, but I never received it

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    I have checked the account and can confirm that the last refund was processed as a reversal. Usually, this means the refund was issued before the original charge was settled with the bank, so the original charge will simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued.
